Updates - December 22 2025

Beginning February 1, 2026, MAAT Holdings will no longer be able to accept credit card payments for monthly rent amounts over $500 per month. To keep things simple, several alternative payment options are available, outlined below.

 Check

• Pay by check on or before the 5th of each month.
• A late fee of 7% of your monthly rent will apply if payment is received after the 5th, in line with your rental agreement.
• The new drop box is located behind the main post office box on site; please text 910-765-0966 after you place a check in the box.

Credit card (up to $500)

• Credit card payments remain available for monthly rent of $500 or less.
• A processing fee of 3% applies to U.S. credit cards, and 4.5% applies to international cards for amounts over $500.

Zelle

• Zelle payments are accepted as an electronic funds transfer option. We will work with you to get this setup.
• After sending a Zelle payment, please text a screenshot of the transaction confirmation to 910-765-0966 so it can be matched to your account.

ACH (bank draft)

• Recurring ACH payments are supported and are the preferred option for larger monthly rents.
• To thank you for setting up ACH, a $150 Amazon gift card will be provided after your fifth successful ACH payment.
