To the Flex Town General Lease dated  

This Addendum forms part of the General Lease named above. Where this Addendum conflicts with the General Lease, the Terms and Conditions, or the Site Rules, this Addendum applies — but only on the points it actually covers.

This special exception belongs to this tenant and this use only. It does not transfer to any future tenant of this unit, and it does not survive the end of this tenancy.

Everything else is unchanged

Except as expressly stated in this Addendum, every term of the General Lease, the Terms and Conditions, the Site Rules and the Privacy Statement continues to apply in full.

Signatures

Both parties sign. The guarantor signs separately where the Addendum changes the rent, the deposit or the term.

Guarantor acknowledgement — required where this Addendum changes rent, deposit or term: “I acknowledge this Addendum and confirm my guarantee under Schedule C of the General Lease continues in full force.”
