Was a fire extinguisher firm in the 80s and early 90s. Later converted into Flex Space.  The buildings are basic, insulated metal buildings.  

All units are newly renovated as well as new gravel, bathroom, and landscaping. Further work was finished in October 2022.

If you run some trade where people drop by now and then, it’s no problem. If you want to run a showroom, there are far better spaces available. We mainly focus on B2B enterprises. 

The whole property is zoned Industrial General (I-G) by Brunswick County.

Allowed by right (no County approval needed):

  • Light industrial
  • Heavy industrial
  • Contractor office and storage
  • Craft and woodworking shops
  • Warehousing and storage
  • Freight handling
  • Wholesale sales and service
  • Research and development
  • Audio and video production
  • Data center
  • Business park and industrial park uses
  • Brewery, distillery, winery, or microbrewery
  • Boat repair, boat building, and boat storage
  • Agricultural uses and agricultural industry
  • Self-service storage

Allowed with County approval (extra conditions must be met):

  • Commercial parking
  • Restaurants
  • Outdoor sales or display areas
  • Retail sales inside an industrial business

Not allowed: general retail stores.

Mostly skilled trades and small makers: plumbers, electricians, landscapers, flooring installers, blind and shutter installers, handyman services, a water filter dealer, a generator and controls company, a video production team, a custom furniture maker, and a coffee roaster.
