What is the History of this Property?

Was a fire extinguisher firm in the 80s and early 90s. Later converted into Flex Space.  The buildings are basic, insulated metal buildings.  

When Were The Units Updated?

All units are newly renovated as well as new gravel, bathroom, and landscaping. Further work will be finished before October 2022.

Is Retail Allowed?

If you run some trade where people drop by now and then, it’s no problem. If you want to run a showroom, there are far better spaces available. We mainly focus on B2B enterprises.
